Within less than a month after the customer received the first batch of our 80ml ceramic double-walled espresso cups (Mini Double Walled Coffee Cup CM80-01A) and launched them into their store, we took the initiative to follow up and learn about the product’s market performance. We received the good feedback that the product sold exceptionally well and market acceptance far exceeded expectations. Based on the strong sales momentum, the customer quickly decided to place a new order. Originally, his procurement cycle was to restock every two months to maintain a steady supply. However, considering that many factory would close for the Chinese New Year holiday, he decisively brought forward his repeat order to avoid stock outs that could disrupt his sales flow.
Right after receiving the customer’s payment, we immediately coordinated with our production team to prioritize his order in the production schedule.This ensured a smooth transition in his supply chain so that his market pace would not be affected in any way.
As the product continued to sell well in the market, our customer carefully collected feedback from his consumers. Some users reported that water could enter through the hole at the bottom of the cup when it was cleaned in a dishwasher. The customer took this detail very seriously and communicated with us at the earliest opportunity. We have always believed that every piece of feedback from users is an important opportunity for product improvement.
In response to this situation, we quickly arranged our technical team to analyze and evaluate the issue, and proposed an optimized solution: sealing the bottom hole with professional ceramic adhesive. Without affecting the structural safety and aesthetic appearance of the product, this measure completely solves the water ingress problem. The solution not only preserves the overall quality of the product, but also further improves the experience for end users. The customer expressed high recognition for our solution and gladly accepted this upgrade.
