Connecting the World Through Design and Quality: The Story of DHPO and a Chilean Client
In June 2024, our official website welcomed a special visitor—Josefa from Chile. Her company, which specializes in premium roasted coffee beans, was planning a new venture: a tea-focused business dedicated to promoting tea culture and offering curated tea experiences. With this new direction, she began searching for a teaware supplier that could align with her brand’s premium positioning.
After an extensive global search and comparison process, Josefa was captivated by the distinctive design of our Aurora Teapot TPA600-06A. "In Chile, the market is saturated with lookalike products," she explained. "We desperately needed something that combines creativity and quality to capture attention and define a unique brand identity."
Upon receiving her inquiry, we quickly scheduled a video call to gain a deep understanding of her brand vision and product needs. Built on mutual trust, she agreed to order samples. Once she received the teapot, her feedback was overwhelmingly positive:"The texture is amazing, the design is elegant, and I love the fusion of ceramic and wood. I knew I chose the right partner."
At the same time, she shared a sincere suggestion: the spout dribbled slightly during pouring. We immediately escalated the feedback to our R&D team. After a technical review and simulation of user scenarios, the issue was traced back to the thickness of the spout—a design choice made to balance shrinkage during firing and aesthetic proportion. While visually pleasing, it slightly compromised the pour.

The shipment was delivered on time, well-packaged, and met all logistics expectations. Once again, the client expressed great satisfaction upon receiving the final products. More than just the successful fulfillment of an order, it was a testament to our ongoing commitment to "Quality for Trust."
Crossing Cultural and Linguistic Borders: A Deeper Connection at the Spring Canton Fair
At the 2025 Spring Canton Fair, we finally had the chance to meet the founder of Josefa’s brand—Sebastian. During our face-to-face exchange, we introduced him to DHPO’s latest teaware series and shared elements of traditional Chinese tea culture, including the captivating sound of the guzheng, a classical Chinese instrument.
"If I could, I’d love to bring a guzheng back to Chile," Sebastian remarked. Music knows no borders—and neither does tea. This cross-cultural exchange deepened our mutual understanding and opened the door to a shared vision for a future shaped by culture and co-creation.
