They hope to create a gift box featuring debossing craftsmanship, which directly showcases the contour of the internal product on the box exterior, allowing consumers to perceive the product form before unboxing.

This craftsmanship presented a brand-new challenge for us. Debossing requires sophisticated process coordination and technical support. But we had not previously applied this craftsmanship to other products. It is undoubtedly another technical breakthrough for us.
Solution: Optimization from Material to Craft
Faced with this challenge, we took proactive action to fully optimize the supply chain and production processes.
Our team paid visits to supplier, conducted in-depth research on material, and repeatedly verified the structural design feasibility, with a core focus on three key areas:
1. Precise control of debossing depth
2. Surface texture and visual presentation
3. Overall gift box structural stability
We maintained rigorous attention to detail throughout the project. After each sample test round, we proactively communicated closely with the customer, refined details based on feedback to make sure perfect alignment between design and final delivery.

After multiple rounds of testing and optimization, the final gift box successfully achieved the intended results. The product contours were accurately replicated on the box, while the overall design retained its minimalist and premium aesthetic.
From coffee cup with simple outlines to dripper coffee maker set, we achieved precise debossing replication of every product contour.
This achievement not only meets the functional requirements, but also positions the packaging as a important part of the brand's visual image, significantly enhancing the product's value and differentiation.
