1. Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order.

2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item, click the “ADD TO CART”button on the item’s product detail page. Once you’ve added an item to your
Shopping Cart,keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of
your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking “Shopping Cart” at the top of pages of our website.

3. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you’ve placed in your Shopping Cart.When you’re ready to place an order for everything
in your cart, click the “GO TO CHECKOUT” button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

4. Sign In

Please sign in to place your order. If this is your first time to place an order with us, create a login profile which allows you to shop
faster, track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders.

5. Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you would like to ship your order.

6. Choose a Shipping Method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. The shipping charge for your order will be
displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

7. Provide Payment Information

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. All orders must be prepaid. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American
Express. Enter the credit card number without spaces or dashes.

8. Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the
“CONFIRM THE ORDER” button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.
We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

9. Check Your Order Status

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our ceramic, glass, stainless-steel, silicone rubber and plastic parts are manufactured in China.

Do your products contain any lead or hazardous material?
No. Due to the nature of the product we take extra caution in selecting the materials used for our products, and all our products meet the safety standard of FDA and California Proposition 65. Click here to see the Material Safety Info.

How do your products come packaged?
With the exception of our cups and mugs that come in sets of four, most of our products come in a color gift box.

Do you gift wrap?
We do not offer gift wrapping.

PLACING ORDERS / PAYMENT

What type of payment method do you accept?
Credit card payment only. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your order will be charged at the time of placing order.

How can I check status of my order?
If you have made an account with us, please log in and click the My Account link to check your order status and history.

Can I still cancel or change my order after placing an order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if your order has not been shipped out yet. For changing items, we need to cancel the order first and ask you to replace correct orders. Please contact us by e-mail with order ID #.

SHIPPING

Where in the U.S. do you ship?
We ship online retail orders within all 50 U.S. States only via UPS.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Island. If you do not live in the U.S. Staes, please go to STORE LOCATOR to find a store near you or an online retailer that carries and ships FORLIFE products to your area.

Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship online retail orders outside the U.S. If you do not live in the U.S., please take a look at our STORE LOCATOR to find a store near you or an online retailer that carries and ships FORLIFE products to your country.

How long does it usually take to receive my order?
Lead time will take 1-2 business days. It’s usually the next business day of your order date and never on the date of order. And once your order has left our warehouse, shipping duration via UPS Ground Service within all U.S. States will be depending on where your shipping address is:
– Pacific Coast = 2 to 3 business days
– Central = 3 to 4 business days
– East Coast = 4 to 5 business days
– Hawaii = 1 to 3 business days
– Alaska = 3 to 4 business days
Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box., P.O. Box for billing address is acceptable.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return & exchange policy?
Please inspect all items once you received, and if you found breakage or defect with your purchase or all other claims, please report us within 10 days in writing with order #, item # and the condition of damage. You can also download a Return and Refund Form from here. If you have any questions or concerns with your order or purchase, please contact us by email at retail@forlifedesign.com before retuning item. FORLIFE’s customer service staff is available from 8:30am to 5:00pm PST Monday through Friday. We will follow up accordingly.
